Description

Solicitation for project to ?Upgrade Restrooms For ADA Compliance Bldg 1917? (Project VNVP 0021109) will be issued today, 21 Aug 03. Work includes removing existing toilet partitions, WC, urinals, plumbing fixtures and related items and installing accessible toilet stalls,WC, urinals, and related items. The work also requires relocating walls to enlarge restroom and modifying floor and ceiling finishes to match existing floor and ceiling finishes. All work shall be in accordance with the statement of work and drawings. Magnitude of construction project is less than $25,000. Performance period is 30 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is being set aside for emerging small businesses. Applicable NAICS code for this project is 236220, with a size standard of $28.5 million dollars. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system (http://eps.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of a contract.
