Description

The Operational Contracting Division, ESC/PKOC intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Paul J. Fitzpatrick to Relocate Comcast Cable Television Lines, in the Battle Road Glenn Area located at Hanscom AFB Housing. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Paul J. Fitzpatrick using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Not withstanding the above, if your firm believes it could accomplish this effort in the required schedule and budget constraints, submit a qualification package to the Operational Contracting Office, 20 Schilling Circle, Bldg 1305, 3rd Floor, Hanscom AFB MA 01731-2800, Attn: Lt. Jeff Burhart, not later than 15 Days from the publication of this notice. The Government anticipates contract award during 4th quarter FY 03. Notes 22 and 26. See Note 26.
