Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The required service is to provide Science Horizon Seismic Measurement Instruments: AIM 24S-3, AIM A-PC, GPS Clock, GPC Cable, SHI BB Cable sets. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to Science Horizons, Inc. (SHI). Science Horizons, Inc is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement based on extensive market research and because all required equipment must integrate with the existing equipment, which is proprietary to SHI. Solicitation No. F08650-03-T-0297 is issued for informational purposes only. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 5084; business size of 500 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423830. Sources who feel they are capable of performing this effort will have to provide evidence of technical capability. Once technical capability is established by the end user, the source may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. No solicitation will be posted electronically, but this office will provide a copy to any firm requesting one. Anticipated award date will be on or around 27 Aug 03.
