- NA This procurement is BEST VALUE, Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Commercial Item/Services and is totally set-aside for small business concerns. Responsible offers will be evaluated on the basis of BEST VALUE to the Government. The Contractor shall provide lab or, materials, and equipment as necessary to maintain the facilities described at the Harry S. Truman Power Plant, Warsaw, Missouri. Services are for a base year (01 October 2003 thru 30 September 2004) plus four (4) one-year renewal options, which may be exercised at the discretion of the government. NAICS Code: 561720, SIC Code: 7349, FSC Code: S201 and Size Standard $14.0 million. All bidders are encouraged to make an on-site inspection prior to submitting a bid. The solicitation package will be availa ble on or about 05 September 2003.
