Description

NA The National Park Service is soliciting quotations to provide all labor, materials and equipment to install an epoxy base, seamless floor in four (4) cabins located in Prince William Forest Park in Triangle, Virginia. The work consists of preparation of all surfaces to insure proper bonding of materials; placing BC grade plywood subfloor and then applying two (2) base costs and three (3) finish coats. Specific materials, conditions and installation procedures will be found in the Scope of Work. Floor replacement quantities are as follows: Cabin (1) 1860 sq. ft., Cabin (2) 1900 sq. ft., Cabin (3) 2322 sq. ft., and Cabin (4) 2160 sq. ft. The applicable NAICS code is 23833. Performance period is 45 calendar days. The solicitation will be issued and available electronically on or about August 20, 2003, on the Department of the Interior's National Business Center (NBC) site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The solicitation will close on or about September 12, 2003. Please note request for the Scope of Work and drawings can be obtained by faxing request to Jackie Wood on (202) 485-9720. The solicitation is open and to small and large business. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Location: Prince William Forest Park Dinning Halls, 18100 Park Headquarters Road Triangle, Virginia 22172. The price range is between $20,000 and $80,000.
