- This is an Request for Quote for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is SSA-RFQ8-03-007. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for case file assembly.
