- Description
- Provide Closing Agent Services for single family properties owned by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD intends to award one contract for the entire State of Utah. Contract duration will be one year with options for three additional years. Proposals are requested on an unrestricted basis; however the Request for Proposal (RFP) contains a cascading preference for award to small business first. The NAICS code is 541191. RFP R-DEN-01833 will be available for download approximately 15 days after publication of this notice on HUD's Contracting Opportunities site at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/index.cfm. Potential offerors who download copies of solicitations from HUD's Contracting Opportunities site will NOT automatically receive any amendments to this solicitation. You are advised to check back frequently to see if HUD has issued any amendments to this solicitation you have obtained. All amendments will be posted on, and may be downloaded from, HUD's Contracting Opportunities site. PLEASE, NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS.
