Description

NA This is combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested; however, a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DABJ25-03-T-0076 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acqui sition Circular 2001-03. The requirement is unrestricted with a NAICS Code of 333112, SIC Code 3531, and size standard of 500. The description of the commercial item is as follows: Clin 0001: 1 ea John Deere 6420 ComfortGard Cab Tractor. Specification: MFW D Fr Axle w/ limited slip differential. 18.4-34 In 8PR R1 Bias, 13.6-24 In 8PR R1 Bias. PowerQuad plus 16 forward/16 reverse transmission w/ left hand reverser. Flanged axle 8 position steel wheels. Dual standard (2 detent) SCV w/ISO breakaway couplers. U nderhood muffler w/ delux cab corner post exhaust. Super comfort seat w/ air suspesion swivel, attenuator, lumbar support and headrest. Field office/storage tray/outlet/beverage holder. Loader preparation package- single level control (joystick) and two-fu nction mechanical independent control valve. No tire brand preference. Clin 0002: 1 ea, John Deere 640 Loader. Specification: 640 Mechanical self-leveling farm loader. 2 Function (Tractors already equipped w/ two function ICV or E-ICV). Mounting frame. Les s ballast box. Less standard bucket. 73 In (1850mm) Materials bucket w/ tine holes (green). Hood Guard. Parking stands w/ mid-mount couplers- 2 function. Freight. Clin 0003: 1 ea, Bush Hog 3210 10 Ft Rotary cutter. Specification: Pull-type. CV drive line . Front and rear chains. Dual level bars- standard. Hydraulic Adjust. Laminated tires. Clin 0004: 1 ea, John Deere MX 7 Rotary cutter. Specification: Slip clutch. Front and rear safety chains. All 4 units require delivery date of 7 November 2003 or sooner to DOL Central Receiving Point, Fort Lewis, WA 98433-9500. State if FOB is Destination or Origin. If Origin, state shipping charges. Any award resulting from this request for quotations will be made to a responsive, responsible quoter using a SF1449 form. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. An addendum to this provision is applicable, in which the term offeror (whenever it appears) shall be replaced with the term quoter. Quoters are required to submit completed copies of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quotes. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and does not include any addenda. Far clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following clauses within 52.212-5(b) are applicable to this acquisition: 52.222.21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-19, 52.225-13, 52.232-33. The following clause within DFARS clause 252.212-7001(b) is applicable to this acquisition: 252.225-7001. DFARS clause 252.204-7004, Required Cent ral Contractor Registration is applicable to this acquisition.
