IAW MIL-C-52404. 528 ea to Norfolk, Va. 145 ea to New Cumberland, Pa. 625 ea to Stockton, Ca. 180 Day required delivery with First Article Testing, 90 days with approved waiver of First Article Testing. Option to increase quantity to 1892 ea or 2000 ea at time of award. This acquisition is restricted to small businesses. Copies of the solicitation will be available no sooner than 9/25/03.
