Description

B-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite Data, and Information Services, NESDIS , National Ice Center, intends to negotiate on a sole basis with George Mason University, Fairfax, VA to provide research services for Sea Ice Extent Analysis Using Geographic Information Systems and Microwave Remote Sensing Algorithm Sensitivity Study. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference EC-52
