- Description
- The National Nuclear Security Administration, Nevada Site Office (NNSA/SO), intends issue a sole source purchase order to Owl Computing Technologies, Inc.. The capability needed to complete the development of the NNSA Intrusion Analysis Center is the ability to securely transfer unclassified data from an unclassified network to a classified network in an automated fashion. Owl Computing Technologies has exclusive licensing rights to market and sale Secure Directory Transfer System Application Version 2. A search of the National Database for approved (EAL) systems indicated that the referenced system was the only system that relied on one-way communications to transfer unclassified data to a classified system.
