- UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements type contract with an Economic Price Adjustment for a period of 3 years. The requirement is for Commercial Item, Packaging of various sizes, shapes, descriptions and quantities. The performance period will commence the date of contract award. Delivery is FOB destination: Federal Prison Industries, UNICOR, 2300 County RD 29, Sandstone, Minnesota, 55072. Delivery will be required 30 days after receipt of each individual delivery order. All responsible offerors may submit an offer for consideration. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
