Description: This modification hereby extends the response date for past performance questionnaires and proposals to August 27, 2003 at 4:30pm ET. Furthermore, an updated pricing spreadsheet is hereby incorporated (Revision #3 changes the estimated hours for evaluation of CLIN x007 from 10 hours to 100 hours to reflect the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP). An amendment to reflect these changes is attached, as is the updated spreadsheet. The SOW (Revision #2) was previously provided.
