Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE OFFER DUE DATE. Solicitation F45613-03-Q-A050 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. NAICS Code is 423310. Small business size standard is 500 Employees. This is a small business set-aside. Fairchild AFB has a requirement for the purchase and installation of 15 power operated overhead doors, including the removal and disposal of the old doors. The contractor will be required to complete installation within 60 days of the date of award.
