Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE OFFER DUE DATE. Solicitation F45613-03-Q-A042 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13.
