Description: The Contractor shall perform cleaning of railway tank cars (35-ton) services at Military Siding No. 305, Yokohama North Dock in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the solicitation and applicable Japanese Government Laws. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
