- NA At this time it is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on 5 September 2003 with proposals due on 6 October 2003. Award is expected to be made O/A 1 November 2003. This not a restricted solicitation so it is subject to full and open competi tion. This is a new requirement therefore there is no contract, or incumbent contractor in place for these services. The Army portion of this requirement is for a base year and four 1-year options, and the Air Force portion is for 16 months. The 24,000 character limitation for a sysnopsis precludes our providing the PWS at this location. The dat es for the site visit/preproposal conference remain unchanged.
