- NA NOUN: DOOR, ACCESS, AIRCRAF, NSN: 1560-01-125-9937; Part Number: 70500-03050-057; Qty: 503 Ea. Min./1,803 Ea. Max., this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to DEF Dist Depot Red River, Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 78 each 360 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without FAT i s 78 each 240 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technolog y and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon th e date of release for solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may su bmit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
