This is a five year IDIQ with minimum quantity of 41 each and a maximum quantity of 376 each, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Producti on Lead-time with First Article Testing is 21 each, 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 20 each monthly thereafter. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 21 each, 270 DACA and 20 each monthly thereafter. Production Lead-time with Alte rnate II Clause is 21 each, 338 DACA and 20 each monthly thereafter. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX. 76053-8030 and Skyline Industries Inc. Cage Code 24434, 1201 Forum Way South, Fort h Worth, Texas 76140-5099 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalifica tion requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations b y accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
