- NA The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, 820 Chandler Street, Fort Detrick, MD intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with Ho`ola Lahui Hawai`i in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii for support to the Hawaii Federal Health Care Partnership (HFHCP) to facilitate the provision of health services development for Community Health Centers and Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems and to promote the development of health care consultation and referral programs and other federal medical initiatives for the Pac ific Telehealth and Technology Hui at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received from other responsible businesses pri or to close of business on 2 September 2003 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that they can provide the requested services.
