- Description
- The Government intends to purchase on a sole source basis from Invocon, Inc, 19221 IH-45 South, Suite 530, Conroe, Texas 77385-8703, software code enhancement, mission support and data analysis in support of the Aegis Ballistic Missile Flight Mission Telemetry Test. Invocon is the designer and fabricator of the Target Data Acquisition System (TDAS) and Ground Receiving Unit (GRU) that will be tested. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336419 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The contract shall be a firm fixed price purchase order with a six month period of performance. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used. A written solicitation will not be issued. All interested parties may submit responses by identifying their interest and capabilities. Electronic submission is encouraged at XDS11@nswc.navy.mil, but they may also be faxed t o (540) 653-7088 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: XDS116, Bldg. 183, Room 102, 17320 Dahlgren Rd., Dahlgren VA 22448-5100. Point of Contact is XDS116. Closing date is 05 September 2003 with an anticipated date of 30 September 2003. DoD will no longer award contracts to Contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base. Registration may be done by assessing the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov.
