- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport RI intends to award a contract with firm fixed price provisions under FAR parts 12 and 13 procedures (commercial items; simplified acquisition procedures), for MK 157 MOD 1 Lifting and Tilting Slings. Quantity of 10. Items are per Government drawing. 100% small business set-aside. Award to be made to the responsible offeror proposing the lowest price. Anticipated RFQ date is: 27 AUG 2003.
