- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement to refresh the Statistics of Income (SOI) Division?s desktop thin clients. This purchase will include the following: (1) 372 Wyse WT9450XE TAA w/256MB Flash, 256MB RAM, PS/2 Keyboard, Mouse, Rapport Workgroup Management and 3 year depot hardware warranty, (2) 372 Wyse Rapport V4.0 Enterprise Upgrade, (3) 372 Wyse Rapport 3 Year Software Upgrades/Update Maintenance, (4) 1 year telephone support, Rapport Enterprise, (5) 16 Wyse PCI Dual Video Boards for WT9X5X Thin Client, (6) 13 Wyse Expedian V2.0 Optimization Software, 2 Processor License, (7) 13, 1 Year Software Maintenance for Expedian, 2 Processor License, and (8) 1 Year Telephone Support, Expedian Software. It is the intent of the Government to award this order to Wyse Technology, Inc. as a Commercial Item Acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Vendors who can provide the required products at prices, terms, and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Wyse Technology, Inc. should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Telephonic or e-mail inquiries will not be accepted. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within five (5) days after publication of this notice. Responses should be sent to: Internal Revenue Service, National Office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Room 500, Oxon Hill, MD 20745, Attn: David F. Smith, A:P:I:E. Responses will be accepted by facsimile at 202.283.0610. These responses must arrive at the place by the date specified in this synopsis and may not exceed ten (5) pages. The Government will not be responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of any facsimile information. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. Requests for same will be considered non-responsive. The reference number for this announcement is M-3-M0-24-CS-A44. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to Wyse Technology, Inc.
