- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to The Corporate Executive Board, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Washington, DC, for a one year membership to the Corporate Leadership Council. The membership consists of senior learning executives at leading global corporations worldwide. The Council identifies and provides on an ongoing basis, strateic and tactical research devoted exclusively to learning and development. Membership services include (1) an array of topic specific teleconfrences; (2) member hosted forums and executive retreats; (3)opportunities for cross membership networking; (4) sharing of best practices; and (5) act as a clearinghouse for members who seek their colleague's guidance as they navigate the thorny thicket of vendor and content provider selection. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responsible sources who can provide the above memership services shall submit written quotations via mail, facsimile or email within 15 calendar days of the published date of this solicitation. Organizations submitting quotes should address the cost of the membership fee and description of the services/materials the fee includes; services (and related costs) that are available but not limited to menmbership fee; listing of reference materials maintained by the organization (research or completed studies); available educational services; description of corporate history, mission, and organizational membership. Quotes should include resume of the prposed on site contract/research manager and at least three (3) corporate references, Federal Tax ID number and Duns number. All Treasury contractors are required to register in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. Evaluation and award will be based on the quality and quantity of services presently offered and fixed price for organizational membership. No written solicitation will be issued for this requirement; therefore, such requests will be considered non responsive. If no responses are received, award will be made to The Corporate Executive Board.
