- NAICS Code: 336212 This notice is a request for competitive quotations. Sources wishing to provide a quotation may submit documentation to the attention Matthew J. Growney by COB August 8/29/03, fax 513-487-2107. Your quotation should indicate that you can provide the following two enclosed trailers with the equipment and meeting the specifications provided below. Your quote must include an item by item verification that you can supply each item below. If you cannot supply a particular item, please indicate so and explain why. Award will be made to the offeror whose quotation offers the best value to the government. 18' Enclosed Equipment Trailer and Mobile Office Specifications Exterior Dimensions: Overall Length 22', Overall Width Body 8' approximate, Overall With Axle 8' 6" approximate. Interior Dimensions: Length 17' 9", Width 7' 6" minimum, Height 6' 10" minimum, Frame, Axle, and Hitch: Sidewalls with posts 16" on center, Radius steel corner posts, Gross Vehicle Weight >7500 pounds, Payload capacity 4800 pounds approximate value, Number of Axles- 2, Hubs with "Bearing Buddies" or similar external lubricatin system to facilitate maintenance, Brakes 4 wheel electronic brakes, Hitch ball size 2 5/16" Safety chains to DOT requirements 2 required, Running lights per DOTas required by regulations, Manufacturer's warranty- must be backed by a 5yr manufacturer's warranty, not just a dealer warranty since the trailer will move around the country.
