- Description
- Single award term contract is for 1 year (base year period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004) and 2 option year periods (October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 and October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006) for Internal Revenue Service. These specifications cover the production of envelopes requiring such operations as composition, film-making, printing, binding (construction), packing, and distribution. Approximately 10 to 15 envelope order forms per day for approximately 30 items per day. Approximately 500 to 25,000 envelopes per order. Government to furnish: Composition instruction on Form 12847 series, Envelope Specification Sheet. Manuscript copy on IRS Form 9880, Envelope Order Form for setting text matter on balance of envelopes. Pre-printed furnished envelopes to be overprinted from previous contract Inventory, as applicable. Envelope Order Form will be faxed to contractor?s plant. Deliver f.o.b. destination to various destinations. Production time 5 and 10 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
