Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to extend the pier and install floating dock at USG Station Wrightsville Beach, NC. Major work involves the following: A) Demolish the 93'-0" long section of existing timber-decked pier in its entirety. B) Construct 40'-0" long timber decked pier extension to existing concrete-decked pier. C) Install a new 80'-0" long concrete floating dock and gangway. D) Construct new 93'-0" long section of timber-decked pier. E) Relocate and extend utility services to new pier and floating dock. This procurement is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990. Completion time is 210 days after Notice to Proceed. All responsible sources may submit a bid that will be considered by the agency. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS. When available, all relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available for download exclusively from the Internet by accessing the government-wide Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.eps.gov.
