- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is set-aside for small business under with NASIC 54159 and in accordance with FAC 01-015.The government plans to award a single contract, for a base year, plus Four option year s for Print/Copier/Scan services. This contract may be used to support Army Guard, Air Guard, state and federal activities. The initial award will address Army Guard requirements at all Missouri Army Guard facilities. The Army Guard currently makes approximately 7,000,000 printed documents per year within the boundaries of the Missouri National Guard, Ike Skelton National Guard Training Site (ISTS), and at armories, organizational maintenance sites and flight facilities throughout the state. All of these documents are made using equipment distributed to the facilities. Army Guard facilities and an example of actual monthly copy consumption is attached at the enclosure. The government desires to maintain the ease of equipment accessibility currently enjoyed by personnel working at Army Guard facilities, and plans to replace some or all copiers with networked digital printer/copy/scan equipment, capable of copying, receivi ng and printing files sent over the local area network, and scanning capabilities. At a minimum, the vendor will provide at least one digital copier at each geographic location. Where multiple copiers are required, the vendor may propose a mixture of d igital copiers to support the required volume of copying. The government requires a single flat rate price per copy, without regard to minimum or maximum utilization of individual machines. The government will guarantee minimum utilization collectively, amounting to 7,000,000 copies.
