Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Administrative Center Burlington intends to award a sole source contract to Creative Office Pavilion, 155 Dow Street, Suite 100, Manchester, NH 03101 for the local storage (3500 sq. ft.) of Herman Miller System Furniture and provide asset and inventory management of the items stored. Creative Office Pavilion is the local authorized dealer for Herman Miller and is the sole manufacturer's representative in the greater Burlington, VT area. This synopsis is a notice of intent to award under other than full and open competition and should not be viewed as a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by the date identified above will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
