Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY03 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2003. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2003. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FU3COM31880400 and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 334119 , with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. Cintiq, Graphic Tablets 18sx. Includes Cintiq 18sx grip pen and bundled with procreate Painter Classic, penPalette by nik multimedia & Wacom Brushes 1.0 or equal. Quantity 10. If you are quoting an Equal, you must provide the Manufacturer, Model Number, and other requirements prescribed in FAR 52.211-6. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order: FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items (Oct 2000).
