Description

NA NOUN: SUPPORT, BELL CRANK, NSN: 3040-01-159-4597; Part Number: 70400-02128-045; Qty: 2,957 Ea. Min./14,914 Ea. Max., this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, applicable to the UH-60Aircraft. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, Stock ton, CA, and Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 500 each 315 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 500 each 210 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release ou tside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. How ever, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considere d by the Agency. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
