Complete RFQ (N00189-03-T-0635) package upon request by e-mailing millerdd@nwsy.navy.mil. when requesting a copy of RFQ N00189-03-T-0635, contractor must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency-failure to do so will be grounds for refusing the request.
