Description

The United States Government is seeking to lease modern office space and facilities, consisting of 7,100 rentable square feet of office space in an office building providing a fully serviced lease and altered to meet Government specifications. The rentable space should yield approximately 6,500 usable square feet of space available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment, and must be located on or above the second floor, but not on the top floor. The property must be located within the following delineated area of the Southwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois: North: Vollmer Road South: 151st Street East: 94th Street West: Oak Park Avenue Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common Area Factor for available space by floor 5. Congressional District An expression of interest from brokers or agents should be accompanied by authorization on letterhead of the ownership.
