Description: In accordance with the guidance under the revised OMB Circular A-76 dated May 29, 2003, Region 9, USDA Forest Service, Regional Office, Eastern Region, announces its intent to conduct streamlined studies for the following maintenance functions: fleet, grounds, buildings, trails and roads. The incumbent service providers are the in-house Forest Service employees. The number of government personnel performing the studied functions is approximately 68 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs). Contracting Officer (CO): Debra Huron. The projected end date of the study is September 30, 2003.
