Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD), intends to award a sole source contract to CH2M Hill, Inc. of 13921 Park Center Road, Herndon, Virginia, 20171. This acquisition is for the development of a three day ?Context Sensitive Solutions: Process & Application? instructional course which meets Instructional Systems Design standards. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and USC 2302(1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement not later than 15 days from the publication of this notice to William F. Blitgen at the address listed above. SEE NOTE 22.
