Description

Andrews Air Force Base has a requirement for galvanized fencing. The contractor shall remove and dispose of approximately 1,350 feet existing galvanized chain link fence. The contractor shall furnish and install approximately 1,400 feet of 8 feet 9 gauge of galvanized chain link fence, with one strand of coil wire on three-strand bar wire arm. This acquisition is set aside for 100% small business. The SIC code is 1799, the NAICS code is 238990, and the size standard is $12 million. The anticipated date of issuance of the RFP is 2 September 2003 and will be posted through the Internet at www.fedbizopps.gov. Anyone who wishes to participate in this procurement must obtain copies from the Internet. No paper copies will be issued. Telephone requests will not be honored.
