- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to modify existing contract N00140-02-D-710 with Tecnico Corporation in order to allow for an additional 162,933 additional hours to provide engineering, technical, and industrial services to NAVSHIPSO in support of ongoing upgrades and modifications of shipboard C4I and habitability systems installed in CV/CVN (CV-67, CVN-75, DDG (DDG-51,68,64 and LHA/LPD/LSD (LHA-5.LPD-5LSD-42 Class Ships. The services will be provided through a modification to contract N00140-02-D-D710 with Tecnico Corporation. The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304?(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or to submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five (45) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. Responses to this synopsis should be mailed to the attention of Rosa E.
