- Provide 40 (ea) Futon Bed Frame, Full Size, Wood Frame, 54W X 80L; 75 (ea) Futon Mattress, Full Size, (54W X 75L); 95 (ea) Futon Cover, Full Size; 20 (ea) Futon Bed Frame, Twin Size (39W X 77-1/2L, Wood Frame; 121 (ea) Futon Mattress, Single Size (39W X 75L); 141 (ea) Futon Cover, Twin Size. Submit specifications and/or catalogue to show items proposed. Delivery shall be to USCG ISC Honolulu, Sand Island Parkway, Honolulu, Hawaii within 60 days after receipt of order. FOB destination. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. Award will be based on quantity/quality, price and availability. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The NAICS code is 337910 with a size standard of 500 employees. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items apply to this solicitation. Offerors are required to complete a copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certification Commercial Items. The clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and incorporated by reference.
