Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Research Laboratory, located in Miles City, Montana, requires one used Loader Backhoe (1992 or newer) and one used 24 foot Trailer (1996 or newer) for hauling backhoe and other machinery. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 229-5531 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-037-82HW-03. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea @ (970) 229-5531 on or before September 12, 2003 by 5:00 P.M. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 333111 with a small business size of 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-037-82HW-03 which will be available on or about August 28, 2003. The anticipated award date is September 16, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
