Description

B-U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Services (NESDIS), National Ice Center, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware, to provide services to transform the NIC weekly ice charts from 1995 to 2000 on the Southern Ocean which is currently in a combination of paper charts and native digital formats into a form accessible to the broader climate research community. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures Reference EC-112
