Description
CDC intends to issue a sole source modification to Abt Associates under contract 200-1999-00007, Task Order 0003. The purpose of this modification is to conduct a Telephone Survey of Prolonged Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome like illness in Georgia from the original intended National survey. The survey must allow CDC to estimate the prevalence of fatiguing illnesses in the Georgia population, in racial/ethnic minorities, in adolescents, in urban, and rural populations, in regional subgroups, and allow for future follow-up of identified CFS cases. The contract period will from October 1, 2003 through December 31, 2004.
