- NA This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for construction service prepared in accordance with Far 14.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation Number DABJ21-01-B-0001 applies and is used as a Request for Quotation. The Fort Hami lton Military Community is seeking source to install a new supply air system to serve the Emergency Operation Center, install a new Mitsubishi Electric Multi System, remove existing air handling unit, associated piping up to closet cut out valve, and selec ted sections of ductwork to make room for new system, install a new Carrier Air Handling Unit and associated outside heat inlet and ductwork to serve remaining space on the south side of the basement, install a chain link fence on all sides and top of the intake area on the ground floor to meet DOD antiterrorist requirements, install natural return air security/sound ductwork from each of the three Emergency Operation Center to meet DOD antiterrorist requirements, purchase and install two new portable dehum idifiers, remove existing non-functioning exhaust ductwork servicing the bathrooms and install new ductwork and terminals and balance system to improve overall system performance. All work shall be in strict accordance with the applicable drawing and spe cifications and the terms and conditions required by the contract. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated. The completion period is 60-days from the issuance of a notice to proceed. Estimated dollar value is from $100,000 to $137,000. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Project is open to Small Business Only. The NAICS Code for this project is 8114, which is matched to SIC Code N041. To be a small business for this procuremedent a company??????s annual average gross revenue the last 3 fiscal years c annot exceed $28.5 Million.
