NA The Texas Army National Guard Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS) is requesting a CONSEW sewing machine (Consew 347R-1A) or equal to, with Feed-Off-The-Arm-Zigzag, Upper and Lower Feed Machine with Cylinder Bed Horizontal Axis, Transverse Rotary Hook 3000 MAX S.P.M., Reverse Feed. SPECIFICATIONS - Speed, Max (S.P.M.): 2800 - Stitch Length, Max.: 5mm(max) - Zig-zag with: 10mm - Cylinder Diameter: 55mm - Cylinder length: 225mm - Presser bar lift: 5mm APPLICATIONS - For sewing, light to medium weight materials including leather, vinyl, canvas laminated and coated materials. - Designed for stitching or cylindrical objects and to close many kinds of appeal or accessory articles. - Can also be used for decorative types of stitching. - Suitable for stitching such products such as wet suits, tarpaulins, sails, shoes, boots and mops FEATURES - Cylindrical arm suitable for any tubular pieces - Upper and lower feed mechanism to avoid puckering and material slippage - Good for any stretchable material, such as rubber coated cloth, vinyl, elastic, wetsuits, orthopedic braces - 2-stitch and stitch types are good for reinforcing stitches on heavier material - To include table stand and motor. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333319. Bidders MUST be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award.
