Description: NA The proposed acquisition is for a new, five-year, Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for spare parts for the AN/TPN-31 Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and AN/FPN-67 Fixed Based Precision Approach Radar (FBPAR). This acquisition will be a sole source negotiation with Raytheon Electronics Systems, Sudbury Massachusetts because the government does not possess the technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit, function, and test requirements of the spares being procured. The solicitation will be released on or about 9 September 2003.
