Description

NA DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command intends to award a sole source contract to United Defense, L.P. for the remanufacture of 50 Operation Desert Storm (ODS) vehicles (37 M2A2, 13 M3A2 ODS vehicles) to the Mississippi National G uard in January 2005. An option for an additional 10 vehicles will also be included in the proposed contract. FOB: Origin. Authority: 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) entitled Only One Responsible Source. See Note 22. Subcontracting opportunities may exist with the prime contractor subsequent to award. No Technical Data Package (TDP) is available. UDLP owns the drawings to the TDP.
