Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included n this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please reference PPSA8831950100 with your quote and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This solicitation is not set-aside. The NAICS code is 334112. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) intend to purchase the following items: Qty (2) Nexsan ATABoy2F/Rackmount, Qty (1) Qlogic SanBox2 16port 2GB Switch, Qty (2) Qlogic SW LC Optic 2/1GB GBIC (8 Pack), Qty (16) LC-LC Dupl 50/125 Riser 5M, Qty (8) Emulex 2GB 64bit LP PCI Blade 1000 HBA, Qty (1) Emulex 2GB 64 bit LP SBUS HBA. Please include all warranty and phone support cost in your quote. Delivery is FOB destination to Reston, VA. Within 30 days of the order. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition with no addenda. This acquisition is on a low cost technically acceptable basis. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with no addenda.
