OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)(FAR 6.302-1) ONLY ONE SOURCE (Note 22) INTENDED SOURCE_Sparton of Canada. Unrestricted. Award is expected to be made to the Canadian Commercial Corp. on behalf of Sparton of Canada.
