Description

Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F23606-03-Q-0031. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334418, PRINTED CIRCUIT ASSEMBLY (ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY) MANUFACTURING, with a size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. This request is for procurement of the following nine (9) items: 1.) Model: KAM/CHS/006U, KAM 500 Chassis; 6 user slot chassis including mating connector set or equal; 2.) Model: Kam/ENC/004, single slot controller/encoder (20 Mbps) or equal; 3.) Model: KAM/TCG/001 IRIG B time code or equal; 4.) Model: KAM/MSB/002, 1553 Bus Monitor ? mode code 17 or equal; 5.) Model: KAM/VDC/001, 2 Channel voice (IRIG CH 5) encoder module (12/16 bit) or equal; 6.) Model: KAM/MEM/003/B removable memory socket/controller for compact flash or equal; 7.) Model: DRE/CFM/001/3GB 3GB formatted compact flash module or equal ; 8.) Model: SAM/DEC/007, KAM-500 programming interface and decom or equal; 9.) Model: KAM Ver 2.x(*), KAM-500 programming software and quick look analysis or equal. The procurement is FOB destination to Whiteman Air Force Base, MO. All Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and provisions referenced below may be reviewed and/or obtained from the Federal Acquisition Regulations web site at Internet address http://farsite.hill.af.mil/.
