- Amendment to synopsis- The solicitation will be available on 29 Aug 2003. Please provide your DD 2345 to receive solicitation. AEDC Tunnel-9 White Oak, MD has a requirement for fabrication of a tubular furnace liner shell composed of Molybdenum Lanthanum Oxide Recrystallized sheet in a Molybdenum-rived composite tube construction with an approximate size of 80 inches in length x 8 inches maximum in diameter.? The period of Performance is 7 months after receipt of order. A Special Standard applies: Contractor must have demonstrated experience in the past 3 years with commercial fabrication of formed and riveted sheet molybdenum alloy parts of the equivalent size and complexity. This solicitation is a small-business set- aside. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
