Description

The Human Systems Contracting Office, 311 HSW/PKWB, intends to issue a sole source FFP contract award to Advanced Testing Instruments Corporation for the procurement of an Automatic Pick Counter, Power Adapter, Data Cable, Advanced TruBurst Bursting Strength Tester, 7.3cm2 Dome Assembly, 50cm2 Dome Assembly, Compressor, Diaphragms,UKAS Certificate of Calibration for TruBurst, Reinforced Diaphragms, Wrap Reel Motor Driven 5 Positions with 1m Collapsible Swift Creel Model 58M, ISO Certificate of Calibration for Wrap Reel, Counter, Proximity Switch, Pigtail Guide for Traverse Motion, Yarn Securing Clip, Porcelain Eyelet for Creel Bar, and Drive Belt. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 423830 and the business size is 100 employees to qualify as a small business. The Government intends to issue a contract to Advanced Testing Instruments, Inc., a small, veteran-owned business, for The United States Air Force, 311th Human Systems Wing/ Materials Lab YAPT, Brooks City-Base, TX. The contractor shall provide for the supply of the aforementioned in the quantity of 1 each, with the exception of the following: Pigtail Guide for Traverse Motion (Qty 14), Yarn Securing Clip (Qty 8), Porcelain Eyelet for Creel Bar (Qty 14), and Drive Belt (Qty 2). The following info is provided: The contractor shall be responsible for installation, set-up, and 1 day of training. Expenses for the contractor shall include lodging and meal per diem rates IAW JTR, and airfare costs. Delivery is 95 days from date of contract award, FOB Destination. Ship To/Mark For: (1) 311 HSW/YAPT, Brooks City-Base TX. See Note 22.
